Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Enargilo Ceramics (enargiloceramics.com), due to the strictly limited number of participants per group (up to 8–10 people), reserving a spot requires advance purchase and planning. Please read the terms governing cancellations, makeup classes, and holidays carefully.

1. General Rule on Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by the Participant: Due to limited capacity and scheduled dates, no refunds, cancellations, or date changes are provided for any service (regular classes, workshops, promotional offers, drop-in sessions) once a booking is confirmed. In the event of a no-show, the session is considered attended.
  • Cancellations / Changes by the Studio: Refunds are issued exclusively if the studio cancels or postpones a class or workshop due to its own responsibility. In this case, if the participant does not wish to transfer their booking to a new date, a full refund is processed (for single workshops/drop-ins) or a prorated refund corresponding to the unfulfilled classes (for course cycles).
  • Force Majeure: If a class or workshop is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, general power or water outages), the studio will set a new date for a makeup session to complete the service.

Legal Note: Pursuant to Article 16 (point l) of Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to educational/leisure activities provided for a specific date or period of performance.

2. Makeup Policy & Specific Terms

  • 4-Class Cycle (Regular Courses):

  • Duration: Valid for 4 consecutive weeks starting from the initial session date.
  • Makeup Sessions: One (1) makeup class is permitted per 4-class cycle, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Conditions: The makeup session must take place strictly within the duration of the cycle (between the 1st and 4th lesson) and is subject to seat availability in another active class. Otherwise, the lesson cannot be carried over.

8-Class Cycle & Special Offers (Early Bird / 5 for 4):

  • Due to the discounted promotional pricing, no makeup classes or date changes initiated by the participant are allowed.

Drop-in & Workshops:

  • Valid strictly for the date and time selected during booking. Rescheduling or transferring to another date by the participant is not permitted.
